  • Check the cleanliness and function of the outside condenser coil.
  • Clean minor debris and vegetation from around the outside condenser and from the inside of the condenser.

  • Test the thermostat and all controls.
  • Clean and treat condensate drains and pumps.
  • Check and clean the heat exchanger.
  • Inspect the flue and gas furnace and make sure safe.
